Olbia Retail Park

The Olbia Retail Park opened just a few days ago, on the 14th of june, near the “Costasmeralda” airport in Olbia, along the state highway 125 “Orientale Sarda” – the fastest and the most ancient road connection of the eastern Sardinia. The Retail Park enjoys high visibility in both driving directions. The location is strategic as it is located just 2 km from Olbia’s center, in a focal point regarding the north-east locations of the Island. Its proximity to some of the most renowned and prestigious touristic resorts, to the main naval connection of Sardinia and to the airport, will allow the Retail Park to attract visitors who will further increase
the catchment area.
The elegant Concept, designed by Chapman & Taylor, makes the project innovative, able to combine the functionality of the structure to the atmosphere and to the retail supply, and at the same time creates a stimulating place to socialize as well as to do some shopping. The project includes a plurality of medium sales structures for a GLA of 25.440 sqm, which continuities is represented by a series of arched porticos connected to a large parking for over 700 parking places.
