Today, M Project oversees the planning and development of estate projects of new construction, renovation and restoration in the commercial, production, reception, management and residential sectors.

Identification of the general, and specialised project requirements and the relative preparation of the contract. Coordination of professional experts in order to obtain the documents necessary to complete the work, drawing up the budget, forecast and control of finances.

ASSESSMENT OF THE ECONOMIC - TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY OF THE ASSIGNMENT

Evaluation of the economic congruity of the expected costs and of the level of quality required by the client  which determine project options.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

Organization of the tender, selection of the contractors, evaluation of the tenders submitted, assistance of the client in  identifying suitable contractors, preparation of the contract.

EXECUTION AND OVERSEEING OF THE WORKS

Setting up, logistics, coordination of the contractors, supervision of the quality of the work,  budgeting of the presumed costs, and of the deadlines formalised in the contract, representation of the client and management of the relationship with the client, professional collaborators, (D.L./Security) and executors, efficient management of internal communication with reports on the time scale and economic  progress of the project.

The great strength of M Project is the ability to foresee possible risks in the whole process, in order to manage and resolve unanticipated events in the project and its actualisation by envisioning the  entire project both in detail (the performance of each single element, such as materials, documents, shares/actions) and with a general overview, thus reconnecting the entire process continually to the final goal and complete vision of the project.
