Building of a shopping centre of approx 25,000 sqm within a new productive/shopping area called D3-10, which is also still in the planning stage. The planning of the “Comparto D3-10” foresees high environmental quality standards and is therefore described as Ecologically Equipped Productive Area (APEA) and Ecologically Equipped Shopping Area (ACEA) according to the DAL 118/2007 guidelines. In the initial planning phase of construction of the single lots, it is foreseen that urbanization works inside as well as outside the area are carried out in exchange of planning fees.

The total constructible zone of the shopping centre if of 25,000 sqm, the food sales area is of 3,500 sqm, whereas the non-food is of 10,000 sqm. The Gross Leasable Area of this project is approx 20,600 mq. The plan foresees a private parking area of about 32,000 sqm on three floors

The urbanization works will start by 2012, whereas – according to plan – the shopping centre is to open by the second half of 2014.
